What should I wear to my interview with JTL?
Dress in a manner that is professionally appropriate to the position for which you are applying. Clothing should be neat, clean, and pressed. First impressions matter!
What should I bring to my interview with JTL?
Please bring two current forms of ID and a copy of your high school diploma or GED.
What are JTL's educational requirements?
You must have your high school diploma or GED to work for JTL.
Does JTL provide health insurance for its temp-to-hire employees?
All JTL employees are offered health and dental benefits through Essential Staff Care. If you are interested in signing up, contact your local recruiter or onsite coordinator for details.

Where can I download the JTL app? When and how do I get paid?
JTL employees are paid every Friday. All JTL employees' paychecks are directly deposited into either their own personal checking or savings account, or on a company-provided Global Cash Card.
What if I don't have a bank account?
No bank account? No problem! JTL can provide you with a Global Cash Card -- it's a debit card that your paychecks are automatically deposited to on payday.
How can I access my pay stubs?
Because all JTL employees paychecks are directly deposited, we do not issue paper pay stubs. Instead, JTL employees can access their pay history at any time by downloading our app and logging in.

What is the JTL fax number?
Our fax number is 256-258-1029.
What if I have a felony?
JTL does not hire individuals who have a felony that is not at least seven years old. Also, individuals who have violent felonies are ineligible to work for JTL.
What do I do if I am sick or running late?
If you are sick or running late, you must notify your department supervisor immediately. Then you must notify your local JTL onsite coordinator of the issue.
What if I move?
If your home address changes, even if you are not a current JTL employee, you should let your local onsite coordinator know so we can ensure that any paperwork (insurance card, W2, etc.) reaches you.
What if I change my phone number? What if my phone is not accepting calls?
If you change your phone number, you should notify your local JTL onsite coordinator immediately so your file can be updated with your current information.
If your phone is not accepting calls, you should again notify your onsite coordinator, and provide alternative means for contact.
What if I forget my username and/or password? What if I am locked out of the My JTL system?
If you forget your username and password, you can easily reset them by clicking on the links provided on the My JTL log in page. If that fails, contact your local onsite coordinator for help.
If you are locked out of your account, contact your local onsite coordinator so that it can be unlocked.
